Shipping policy

Fulfillment and Delivery Times

All items are made-to-order, therefore fulfillment will average 2-4 business days before items ship out. Transit times will vary, depending on delivery location, but the average transit time to most locations is 5-7 business days. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery for most orders.
Please also note that some orders may require shipping from different locations, and items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Tracking will be provided for each individual package.

Delivery Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address on the order is entered accurately. Orders delivered to the incorrect address due to customer entry error cannot be refunded or replaced. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order, as well as on the order confirmation page, and your order confirmation email, and contact us immediately to correct any errors. Once an order has been fulfilled, delivery is outside of our control, and you must contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number provided to attempt any address corrections or delivery arrangements. 

NOTE: If you are using an express checkout option, such as PayPal Express, Shop Pay, or Facebook Pay, please note that these services automatically fill out your shipping address, based on the address that you have saved in your account for those services. Before using these express payment options, please ensure that your accounts for those services are up to date with your correct shipping information.

Shipping Carrier Errors

Delivery errors and delays by the shipping carriers are outside the control of MelPrell.com. If the shipping carrier delivers to the incorrect address, or causes a delivery delay, we will work with you and the carrier to attempt to remedy the issue as quickly as possible. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the timing of a resolution, nor can we offer any refund or discount until and unless the shipping carrier acknowledges the issue and provides reimbursement.

Shipping Costs and Locations

All items ship for free to the mainland U.S. (lower 48 states). Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $5. We do not offer shipping to any other locations at this time.
