Defective or Damaged Items

For any items that arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at service@melprell.com within 48 hours of delivery, and provide clear images of the defect or damaged on the product. If the shipping container shows evidence of mishandling, please also provide images of the container.
Defect/damage images will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement will be shipped. Please allow the same time for delivery as the original. 
If the replacement also arrives defective or damaged, please follow the same process. If approved, we will provide the option of another replacement or a full refund.
In most cases, a return of the damaged or defective item will not be required, although some exceptions may apply. In these instances, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

All Other Returns

Returns for all other reasons must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Email us at service@melprell.com to request a return authorization. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount when processed. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
All items must be returned in new condition. The Twisted Crone reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue only a partial refund for any items returned in an unsellable condition.  Any items returned without a return authorization will not be processed for a refund, and customer will be responsible for costs to have items shipped back to them if so requested. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of returned items. Funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to arrive in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of how our orders are fulfilled, we generally cannot accept any order cancellations. If you contact us quickly enough after an order is placed, we may sometimes be able to cancel. However, please note that we take no responsibility and make no guarantee that we will see your message before fulfillment of your order begins, at which point we cannot cancel.
